Students should consult the course descriptions and semester-specific course schedules for more information on electives in Literature. Note: ENG-L 140 and either ENG-L 202/ENG-L 371 or one American and/or British Literature survey course (e.g. ENG-L 297, ENG-L 298, ENG-L 299, ENG-L 351, ENG-L352, ENG-L 354) are required before students can take any 300- or 400-level course in literature. Instructors may grant permission to enroll in exceptional circumstances. |
