Master of Science in Education/School Counseling
The Master of Science in Education/School Counseling consists of 60 credit hours of graduate study. This program leads to licensure as a professional school counselor in the state of Indiana and prepares candidates to work in the school setting with P-12 students, parents, administrators, and other stakeholders. Students fulfill requirements in both the common counseling core of the curriculum as well as courses specific to school counseling. The program follows a cohort model wherein students are admitted and take courses with an identified group of their peers. The program can be completed in a minimum of three years of full-time study, which includes summer classes.
