IU Indianapolis Study Abroad Opportunities

IU Indianapolis students can choose from more than 250 study abroad programs throughout the IU system. Programs are available in over 50 countries, and 17 languages (but most in English). Any IU Indianapolis student can study abroad, regardless of major. Full academic year, semester, spring break, and a wide variety of summer options are available for students wishing to study abroad

Given the multidimensional nature of study abroad, a range of policies and protocols are in place to govern and direct various aspects of procedures and operations of the Education Abroad Office. For a complete list of policies related to study abroad, visit: https://abroad.iu.edu/policies/index.html

Scholarships and financial aid may be available to support students studying abroad. Visit https://abroad.iupui.edu/before-apply/financial-aid.html for more details.
