Minor in a World Language

  • First-year world language courses do not count toward the minor. A grade of C- or higher in each course is required.
  • All courses are 3 credit hours, unless otherwise noted.

Minor in French (18 cr.)
Course Requirements
  • FREN-F 203 Second-Year French I
  • FREN-F 204 Second-Year French II
  • FREN-F 313 Advanced Grammar and Composition 1
  • Three FREN-F elective courses at the 300– or 400–level

Minor in German (18 cr.)
Course Requirements
  • GER-G 203 Second-Year German 1
  • GER-G 204 Second-Year German 2
  • GER-G 313 Writing German 1
  • Three GER-G elective courses at the 300– or 400–level

Minor in Spanish (18 cr.)

Course Requirements
  • SPAN-S 203 Second Year Spanish 1
  • SPAN-S 204 Second Year Spanish 2; OR
    SPAN-S 206 Spanish for Public Services
  • Four SPAN-S elective courses that may include 275 and/or any 300– or 400–level courses

World Culture Studies

All courses are 3 credit hours, unless otherwise designated.
