Indiana University's Herron School of Art and Design is the only professional art school in Indiana. As a tightly knit community of artists, scholars, art educators, and designers who push their work to its potential and themselves to exceptional careers, we carefully maintain our focus on the quality education that has fostered the successes of top artists and designers for more than a century. Our responsibility to push creative boundaries, to foster analytical skills necessary for creative problem solving, and to challenge students to be innovative is the foundation for Herron's success.
