The Kelley Office of Diversity Initiatives (KODI) provides broad-based support, programs, services, and resources to prospective and current Kelley School of Business students from historically underrepresented groups. These programs and services include: academic advising, tutorial resource information, KODI Kandid (a diversity programming series), the Fry Scholars Program, the Triad Mentoring Program, and the Junior Executive Institute (a pre-college program for high school juniors and seniors). There are also four student organizations that are affiliated with the KODI office: The Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting, the National Association of Black Accountants, the Kelley Student Diversity Council, and the Undergraduate Black MBA Association. The Kelley Office of Diversity Initiatives also advises the KODI Student Advisory Board (KSAB), a group that is charged with being the “student voice” of KODI, and assists in the planning and implementation of diversity-related events and recruiting efforts in the Kelley School. More information about KODI programs and services is available at: http://www.kelley.iu.edu/ugrad/diversity/index.cfm.
The Kelley Office of Diversity Initiatives can be accessed through BU 234, with offices situated in BU 216, 224, and 230. Our offices provide a warm and welcoming environment for students to seek advising assistance and support or to study and socialize.
