Job fairs are a major employment resource for college students and graduates. IU Southeast hosts three fairs each year.

The fairs are held in October, February, and April each year and attract between 50 and 100 employers and 300 to 500 candidates. These fairs are free and open to the public. Most employers are from the local area (50-mile radius of Louisville, KY) and seek candidates for a wide variety of entry-level professional and full- and part-time positions.
