At the completion of the degree, Ph.D. students will be able to:
- Synthesize and apply comprehensive knowledge of relevant theories for music therapy research and practice.
- Create a cogent research program investigating the role of music and/or music therapy in education and health.
- Implement a multi-faceted, culturally competent clinical supervision practice.
- Apply professional competencies in degree and curriculum development.
- Elucidate a clear and compelling philosophy of music therapy research and education.
