Special Education
The IUPUI School of Education offers both Mild and Intense Intervention certification and a Master’s degree program in special education at the post-baccalaureate level. Students earn Mild Intervention certification by completing six courses and a practicum. Once these are completed, students can earn Intense Intervention by completing two additional courses and a practicum. Candidates must already be licensed to teach elementary or secondary education.
