General Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Health Data Science
The BS in Health Data Science degree consists of a minimum of 39 credits of general education courses, 12 credits in public health courses, 27 credits in the major, 20-21 credits depending on the minor and 15-16 credits of electives to total 120 credit hours. Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management
The BSHSM degree consists of a minimum of 30 credit hours of general education requirements, 71 credit hours of coursework in the major, and 19 credit hours of electives to total 120 credit hours. Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management plus Master in Health Administration
The BSHSM degree consists of a minimum of 30 credit hours of general education requirements, 69 credit hours of coursework in the major. 24 credit hours of MHA courses are to be taken in the students final year of their Bachelor's studies and additional general electives or minor beyond IUPUI Common Core and Major to total 120 credit hours. 27 credit hours of Master in Health Administration concentration courses to be take the year after a student completes their Bachelor's degree to complete Master's degree. Bachelor of Science in Public Health - Community Health
The BSPH-CH degree consists of a minimum of 30 credit hours of general education requirements, 60 credit hours of coursework in the major and 15 credit hours of required electives and 15 credit hours of Non-Public Health electives to total of 120 credit hours. Accelerated BSPH-Community Health plus MPH-Social and Behavioral Sciences
The BSPH-CH degree consists of a minimum of 35 credit hours of general education requirements, 39 credit hours of coursework in the major and 10 credit hours of required electives and 15 credit hours of Non-Public Health electives. 12 credit hours of the 4 MPH Core courses are taken in year 4 of the BSPH. There are 3 credits of the MPH Experience/Internship and 12 credit hours of Social and Behavioral Science Concentration courses, 15 credits of Public Health electives and 3 credits of MPH capstone experience. Bachelor of Science in Public Health - Global Health
The BSPH-GH degree consists of a minimum of 48 credit hours of general education requirements, 57 credit hours of coursework in the major and 15 credit hours of electives that together total at least 120 credit hours. Bachelor of Science in Public Health - Epidemiology
The BSPH-EPI degree consists of a minimum of 46 credit hours of general education courses, 54 credit hours of major courses, and 20 credit hours of general electives that together total at least 120 credits. Accelerated BSPH-Epidemiology plus MPH-Epidemiology
The BSPH-EPI degree consists of a minimum of 37 credit hours of general education courses, 51 credit hours of major courses, plus general electives that together total at least 120 credits. Students begin taking MPH Core courses in year 4 of the BSPH. 21 credits in the major plus 12 credits of graduate level Epidemiology the year after the student has completed the Bachelor's degree to complete the Master in Public Health degree.
