Prerequisites
Students are required to have completed college courses in chemistry, biology, and mathematics with a course specific grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.00 scale (C). High school chemistry, biology and mathematics courses with a course specific grade point average of 2.00 on a 4.00 scale (C) are acceptable if completed within 10 years before admission date. All prerequisite courses must be completed before admission into the program.
Professional Program
Paired didactic and practicum courses must be taken concurrently. Courses are offered and must be completed in sequence. Students are registered for classes in each term as follows:

Program Completion Requirements Satisfactory completion of 24 credit hours of professional courses. All course work must be completed in compliance with the program’s and school’s academic and professional policies.
