Nursing Post Baccalaureate Certificates
The post-baccalaureate in nursing certificates in Nursing Education and Nursing Administration offer BSN prepared students the opportunity to earn a valuable credential from IU without the time needed to complete a full MSN. Each certificate is 15 credits. A completed certificate may be used toward completion of the MSN at IU Kokomo.
Admission Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Baccalaureate Degree program in Nursing.
- Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
- Valid, unrestricted RN license in the state where practicum will be completed.
- At least one year experience as RN or currently working as an RN.
- Submit an Official College Transcript (Degree granting and graduate courses if applicable).
- Apply as a non-degree graduate student. (You will receive a certificate upon completion.) Contact gravesst@iu.edu for help with the application process.
