Certificate in Architectural and Interior Design Graphics
This 15-credit certificate program trains students in the skills necessary for communicating designs, concepts, and plans in the professional contexts of architecture and interior design. Students will learn to use computer-aided drawing software (CAD) and building information modeling software (BIM), supplemented by foundational training in traditional drawing and an introduction to the interior design discipline.
The skills taught in this certificate program are essential to architects and interior designers. They are also relevant to people working in fields that intersect with architecture or interior design, such as urban planning, exhibition design, experience design, event and tourism management, and also the three-dimensional arts including sculpture and furniture design.
