The Fairbanks School of Public Health is proud to be offering the following degrees on our IU Fort Wayne campus:

BS in Health Services Management

The Bachelor of Science in Health Services Management at the IU Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health prepares students for entry-level managerial and administrative positions in health care organizations, including medical and dental practices, nursing homes and other long-term care facilities, hospitals and health systems, insurance companies, and more.

BSPH in Community Health

A BSPH in Community Health prepares you with the knowledge and skills needed to positively impact the health of individuals and communities. Through coursework and community-based learning experiences, you will learn how to apply the principles of social justice to improve a community's social and health outcomes. Gain hands-on experience in community assessment, health intervention and program development, community organizing, communication, and advocacy. You will be well trained to enter the public health workforce and will also be eligible to become a national Certified Health Education Specialist upon graduation.

Certificate in Community Health

The Undergraduate Certificate in Community Health provides students with the knowledge, skills and hands-on experience that prepares them to tackle real-world health problems. The coursework for this certificate prepares students to take the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) exam.

Community Health Minor

Gain the knowledge, skill and hands-on experience to improve the health of communities.

Health Administration Minor

Learn the current thinking and research on the administration of the health care system.

Health Data Science Minor

Use cutting-edge technologies to gain insights in biomedical data.
