Exploratory Students
It is normal for students to arrive at college uncertain about their major, in part because they do not know all their options, and because they are unsure of their own strengths. Students can remain undecided in their major until they explore all their options and feel more certain of their interests. Exploring possible options early in college is common and far better than changing direction in the junior or senior year. Exploratory students meet with a specialized advisor and have support to help them find their path quickly.
