The Kelley Office of Diversity Initiatives (KODI) provides broad-based support, programs, services, and resources to prospective and current Kelley School of Business students from historically underrepresented groups. These programs and services include: tutorial resource information, KODI Kandid (a diversity programming series), the Fry Scholars Program, the Triad Mentoring Program, and the Junior Executive Institute (a pre-college program for high school juniors and seniors). There are also student organizations that are affiliated with the KODI office: The Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting, the National Association of Black Accountants, and the Kelley Student Diversity Council. The Kelley Office of Diversity Initiatives also advises the KODI Student Advisory Board (KSAB), a group that is charged with being the “student voice” of KODI, and assists in the planning and implementation of diversity-related events and recruiting efforts in the Kelley School. For more information about KODI programs and services email kodi@indiana.edu or visit our website at http://kelley.iu.edu/Ugrad/Why/Diversity/page39057.html.
The Kelley Office of Diversity Initiatives can be accessed through BU 234, with offices located in BU 230. Our offices provide a warm and welcoming environment for students seeking assistance and support or to study and socialize.
