Geography
Introduction
Courses offered by the Department of Geography (GEOG) form an important component of liberal arts and science education and also provide skills and knowledge necessary for careers in geography and related fields. The undergraduate program reflects the breadth of geography and its linkages to other social and physical sciences. Courses are offered in climate, land and environmental change; food and agriculture; geographic information systems and remote sensing; globalization, development and justice; and water resources.
