PhD in Nursing Science

Curriculum

The PhD curriculum consists of six core areas of 90 credit hours. The MSN to PhD can use up to 30 credit hours from their Master of Science in Nursing course work. BSN-PhD students take 12 "bridge core credits" and then have an additional 18 credits to take where they and their faculty mentor discuss the best options to enhance the student's PhD research focus.
