Department of Nutrition and Dietetics
The Department of Nutrition and Dietetics offers four post baccalaureate programs: three certificate programs-the Dietetic Internship Program, the e-Learning Graduate Certificate Program in Leadership in Clinical Pediatric Nutrition, and the Leadership in MCH Nutrition (Pediatric Focus) Fellowship Program, and the Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. The Dietetic Internship program may be completed as part of the Master of Science program. However, the Dietetic Internship program may not be completed concurrently with either of the pediatric nutrition certificate programs. The pediatric nutrition certificate programs may be completed as part of the Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. In addition to graduate course work, the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics also offers one undergraduate nutrition class.
