You may request a print copy of any electronic bulletin be sent to you via regular U.S. mail. Each school or department within the Indiana University system is responsible for distributing its school's bulletin. To help facilitate your requesting a print copy of an electronic bulletin, we have provided you with an online form that may be submitted directly to the school of your choosing.

To access the appropriate form, please:

1. Select the campus where the program you are interested in is located from the list below;
2. Select the bulletin you would like to request;
3. Select "Request Print Bulletin" from the left sidebar;
4. Fill out the online form provided;
5. Submit the form to the appropriate school via the "Submit Request" button at the bottom of the form.
