As a student in IU Online’s Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management, you'll study the core components and processes of the criminal justice system, major issues, methodological techniques for research and reporting, and leadership and management skills. You’ll also study research-based leadership and management techniques for improved performance and results.
Degree Requirements
The four required courses in the Graduate Certificate in Criminal Justice Leadership and Management connect essential insights and strategies of graduate study in criminal justice with the types of issues law enforcement managers face on a daily basis in a time of heightened scrutiny and calls for reform.
Certificate students will complete one course in each of the following four areas for a total of 12 credits.
1. Introductory course on graduate study in criminal justice.
