Other Opportunities
Undergraduate Research
Opportunities are frequently available for undergraduate students to work with faculty on education research projects which may be supported by grant funding. Each student is strongly encouraged to consult with faculty whose academic area is congruent with the student’s interest.
Honors Program
Being an honors student in college offers enhanced academic opportunities, personalized learning experiences, and potential scholarships, setting a strong foundation for future academic and professional success. Incoming students are eligible to apply if they have combined SAT scores of 1200 (or ACT score of 25) and a high school grade point average of 3.7 or higher, and have ranked in the upper 10 percent of their high school graduating class.
Students who have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours of regular coursework at IU Kokomo with a grade point average of 3.3 or higher are also eligible to apply. Interested students should contact the Honors program director for further information.
