  • 6 credit hours chosen from graduate music education courses, other MUS-E courses, and/or MUS-T591 Music Theory Pedagogy (3 cr.)

Music in Human Learning Emphasis

  • E518 Foundations of Music Education (3 cr.)
  • E530 Learning Process in Music (3 cr.)
  • E535 Measurement, Evaluation, and Guidance in Music (3 cr.)

Music Pedagogy Emphasis

  • E502 The Practice of Music Teaching (3 cr.); concurrent with EDUC-301 Laboratory/Field Experience (0 cr.)
