Candidates for the Ph.D. degree, who wish to participate in the graduation commencement ceremony, must file an application for graduation at least six months before the expected date of graduation. The Ph.D. Commencement Participation Application Form may be found online at www.indiana.edu/~grdschl/pdf/PhDGraduationApplication.pdf. If this application is delivered six months before the graduation ceremony to the Indiana University Graduate School, Kirkwood Hall, Room 111, Bloomington, IN 47405, the candidate's name and degree information will be included in the commencement program. The candidate must also inform the research committee chair of the candidate's intention to participate in the ceremony.
