School of Dentistry
Although most successful applicants enter the School of Dentistry with their Bachelor’s degrees, some students may be admitted after three years in the College of Arts and Sciences if they complete at least 90 credit hours. Bachelor’s Degree—D.D.S. Program
Students who are admitted to the School of Dentistry prior to completing their degrees in the College of Arts and Sciences and who have satisfied the College’s Foundations, Intensive Writing, Foreign Language, Breadth of Inquiry, and major concentration requirements may apply 32 credit hours earned their first year in dentistry as College electives and, at the end of that year, earn the Bachelor’s degree. The requirements listed under “
Requirements for All Bachelor Degrees,” which can be found under “Degree Requirements,” are still in effect.
