Student Learning Outcomes
Bachelor of Science in Physics (B.S.)
Students who graduate with a B.S. in Physics will achieve the following objectives:
- Know and understand the basic and advanced concepts of classical and modern physics.
- Master the mathematical skills relevant to the study of physics.
- Apply the knowledge of physics and mathematics to solve physical problems.
- Design and perform laboratory experiments in physics.
- Use computers and software to solve physics problems and to obtain and analyze experimental data.
- Successfully collaborate with peers, attain the necessary skills, and develop the work ethic to perform and complet physics research.
- Prepare a written technical document and deliver an oral presentation relevant to physics.
- Apply her or his skills to other ares or problems.
